What’s the point of the app when you still need to get the attention of the staff to let them know you made an order of the app. Dumb. They need a new process on how to handle app orders. I ordered a different drink this time because they didn’t update the menu to include the new seasonal drink I wanted. After ordering I closed the app, but that’s where my problems started. I was waiting in the store for 20 minutes confused on why my drink was not ready. I had no way to check in with the employees either because I didn’t have any way to access my order history. AFTER 20 MINUTES, I got an email confirmation saying they got my order. 20 minutes!!! It should be less than 10 seconds to process an order!! After receiving the email, they took another 10 minutes to make my drink. Entirely unpleasant and tedious process. HOWEVER, when I tried to scan the qr codes, it does nothing and brings me back to the main page. I tried to input the code by hand and now it tells me there’s an error. The ordering and in-store pickup workflow is broken. Whenever the store has a long line queue, the mobile order is no longer a priority—you still have to wait to pick up your order despite the estimated completion time. The workflow isn’t well thought out. They should study from Chipotle, Starbucks, and other major fast-food brands on how to run a mobile ordering platform and pickup. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-08-08, version 26.2.2026012101* Worst ever.
