Just updated the app and….
It will not recognise my account or password. Why fix that is not broken? Do you know what you are doing? Have been told that “ no contract data found “!!!!!???????
Rubbish app
I am with Vodafone connect but the app is very difficult to use. The login option doesn’t work, there is very little in the way of trying to connect to the app. Although I pay close to £165 every year, if my car gets stolen, I have no confidence that I will be able to check it on the app. Vodafone need to sort their act out and not just take money from the customers.

Message pain
Thankfully not had to use it in anger but for everyday notifications it’s a pain. I have geofencing on for when the car leaves home and a note pops up as expected. Clearing that note doesn’t remove the round dot on the app to say it needs attention. That dot should not be there if the message has been read. Secondly when you open the app to clear the messages you have to use a pin. Even my daughters primary school has face recognition on their app so a high end tech company still requiring manual passwords seems very lazy.

I rue the day
I rue the day we got this tracker. We thought it would give us peace of mind and it does the opposite. If it’s not numerous messages saying vehicle jamming detected it’s theft/tampering phone calls in the early hours of the morning. Every time the battery is low we get a theft alert. Now I’m getting messages saying special mode is still enabled. A mode I HAVE NOT enabled. We have not been able to use our vehicle for two months due to the immobiliser - we assumed. But Vodafone say that’s nothing to do with them so it’s just a coincidence and nothing to do with the special mode that was apparently activated two months ago. When, and I do mean when, you can connect to the server the location is out by miles. Our next payment is due soon. Time for a different tracker and app I think. The place we got our van from advised we got a tracker from Vodafone. Commission maybe?

Some good functionality but so slow!
When you eventually do get logged in, nice layout and interface. Good journey history, current status etc. Logging in or performing actions (like enabling or disabling protection) just takes forever - cumbersome!

Will not let connect to server keeps tell me to try later,still comes up with the same cannot connect to server. Do I need to up grade.
I don’t have a password and user name yet and it’s not letting me do a sign up

Peace of mind
We have had this system for a few years and it has been very reliable, when you are paying for an expensive vehicle you want to do everything to keep it safe, we would recommend this every time so many great features, worth every penny.
Rubbish
This must be clearly the worst tracker I have ever come across, the app constantly crashes, can’t locate a planet in a solar system let alone the car outside my front door, says it is upto half a mile away, fails to connect more times than it does, and generally poo. Then we find that we are no longer covered, but did anyone bother to say so, no, we have had no communication from Vodaphone in the entire time we have had it, I would rather pay ten times more for a more reliable one than this rubbish

Great Tracker but needs notifications
A very good system and the app is very informative. It would be better if it activated your phone ringtone if an alarm occurs as it only currently ‘pings’ like a text message which is easy to miss.
