Just not up to par

I want to like and use this app, but every time I open it, it just feels clunky and inefficient. It’s lacking basic capabilities like auto-logging of calls made from within the app. Should also support landscape layout on iPad (the app doesn’t really support iPad at all, but displays the iPhone layout in portrait view). I’ll keep coming back because we are investing time and money in the Accelo platform as a PSA solution. But we are definitely doing that despite the mobile app, not because of it.

Hey JELake, We'd love to auto log calls from the app, we're investigating it currently, but have found Apple make it much more difficult to access this data. We haven't put any time and energy into an iPad app just yet. I'd love to hear your use case on how an iPad app would work for you. Feel free to reach out to us at mobile@accelo.com. Missing iPhone X Support

Our company recently switched from Wrike to Accelo. I must say the app is a huge downgrade. More than likely won’t be using it in it’s current state.

Gets better all the time

This is a very capable CRM and business process automation platform, and the more we use Accelo the better our experience. We initially were only using the CRM, and after several months of using and exploring we signed up for more modules. Some of the configuration takes a lot of trial and error, and the included Accelo help desk - online chat and email tickets and scheduled calls - is excellent. They are very responsive. Highly recommend.

Logged out constantly.

This app seems incapable of remembering my login info for more than 24 hours. Junk.

This issue has been fixed in an update (Version 2.7.9). Apologies that you had a poor experience.

Completely broken

Constantly getting a 401 error, even after a full uninstall and reinstall. It's completely unusable. Fix this.

Was not great to start

This app does not help much in general function of the CRM but can be useful for something things. This new update has now killed the app, worked fine in December but now just says 'unauthorised access' and now mater how many times tried 30 but cannot clear it.

Deleted the app and installed again but officially stuck with nothing now.

Ideally I want the app to show sales and tickets so we can add notes when on the road.

Really slick

This app has a nice UI and is super useful and intuitive. Thanks AffinityLive!

Great for tracking time in the field!

I run a small MSP company and this app is great for keeping track of all the work I do! When a client calls, or I'm firing off instructions via email, or I forgot my laptop in the car (again) I can just start a timer. At the end of the day I just note who should be billed for that time and I'm paid!

Some tasks issues

While adding an activity to the task .. I can't specify class (sales-client work...etc) or type of activity whether it was a call or an email.. I also can't set the task as done .. Otherwise .. This is a great app
