Newsmax is the only news channel that tells the truth. Why don’t the other news networks interview some of the dignitaries that are on Newsmax? The public deserves to hear the truth. I can’t believe that some people are so brainwashed that they fail to see what is happening right before their eyes. You need to keep doing what you are doing to get the truth out to everyone. I am 77 years old and didn’t realize how divided this country really was until President Biden came into office. Former President Trump did more for this country than any other President. He speaks for the real people. Please keep up the good work. I have one suggestion - the girls with the long blonde hair need to change their hair style. That is the only thing phony looking about your program. They all look alike and many people are turned off by that because it’s too theatrical.

What happened?
I signed up for the new Newsmax+ and find I can’t view it on my tv using roku devices. Called customer service and was supposed to get a call back…never happened. So I find out on 10/31 that Newsmax is changing the next day to a pay service. I understand why but what I don’t understand is why all devices etc. Didn’t support service on day one! On Facebook group they say roku app is coming…no idea when. If not soon I will be cancelling service before free trial expires. I love Newsmax but i am very disappointed.
I love Newsmax but too many times I turn it on in the morning and get the dreaded source unavailable page. I log out and log back in but nothing. I clicked on the app support on this page but it goes to a website for Newsmax and has nothing available for support.
Finally the closed captioning doesn’t always work and when it does it covers up info of topic or name of person speaking. One day captions were at top of screen and it was great. Please make that change permanent.Show lessSally1946

So many tech issues. This time I am not able to watch because the app keeps asking me to sign up for an account. I already have one. The dark screen states Go back and a X in the top right corner. If I click on either one it goes to the page where Greta and several others are shown but when I click on the arrow it goes right back to the sign up page. NEWSMAX PLEASE FIX THIS.
I really appreciate what others have said to this horrible change!! My sentiments exactly. Why would you start charging for a tv station that a lot of times malfunctions? No audio!!!! ……for long periods of time. Why would you start charging a fee to watch a tv channel that you are trying to have others watch? It is doubtful that people who don’t watch will sign up if they have to pay now. Why would you charge for a tv station that after signing up for the new service completely freezes, goes blank (so you have to sign in again😞 and then does not accept your password! 😕 I agree with others this is a sellout. A sad time for USA. God Please save America Trying to watch Newsmax is getting better. Hallelujah!! I don’t have to sign in every time I watch. And I am not being kicked out every hour. Being able to get in with finding and getting the most truth is worth it. I will hang in with Newsmax. The other news outlets just don’t care about telling the truth….. and the whole story. App disappointing
I love Newsmax and have watched it for years with the app on my iPhone and iPad. It’s good all day and especially in the evenings. Before the subscription went into effect the app worked beautifully and never gave me problems. Since the subscription went into effect at first there were sign in issues. They got worked out but now I have issues with the picture going black and giving an error message about losing connection. It is most frustrating when it happens in the middle of an interesting interview and I have to close the app all the way and sometimes even reboot my device before restarting the app. This is unacceptable. There are other great sources these days including Real America’s Voice, The First, and Salem News Channel all of which have apps that work perfectly and are free. I’m just upset that your app is so unreliable that I cannot count on being able to watch my favorites in the evening.Show lessUpset flyer

I have convinced so many people to switch from Fox to Newsmax. And today I come home to put it on my app on the phone or the app on Roku and it won’t let me in so then I find out I have to pay money? To watch the news that’s going on in my country I have to pay money? That is so wrong. I thought you were way better than Fox you just wanna copycat everybody else and CNN. You just want to be like everybody else you don’t want to stand out and be one and only different and then you have so much people looking up to you with respect, but if you join in with all the rest, you’re no better than anyone else God says to stand different don’t join the rest and you just joined them all. I can’t believe it. I’m an American citizen, my whole entire life I’ve been able to watch the news, and now I have to have a subscription to watch the news. I don’t have cable I live on a fixed income who can afford rent utilities insurance, gas food on like 1100 a month you tell me and then all these stupid apps want money now, it’s stupid it’s wrong it’s bad we can’t even be just normal. You make thousands and thousands of dollars you don’t need to ask for money for us to be able to watch the News!Show lessdjallen60
What is going on?
I have been watching Newsmax for a long time now. In fact, it is the only news channel besides OAN that I watch… Now you have changed to Newsmax 2 and Newsmax +. Unfortunately, I have been having problems getting Newsmax + even though I have already subscribed. I have been all over the Samsung TV but have not been able to download the app other than to subscribe to Newsmax +. I have also searched and downloaded Newsmax + to my iPad and it shows up as Newsmax initial page and then disappears. The link to sign on is not there. This is getting very frustrating.
Newsmax 2 is history and documentaries which are great but not the current news. Very disappointed in the app and not getting what I want, which is the news.Show lessLost tv

I love all of the shows Newsmax provides, this is not a negative review of your news content. But the app, both on my iPhone and Fire TV, is by far the most frustrating app I've experienced in a long.. Long time. You would think prior to forcing a monthly subscription, which I would gladly pay if the app wasn't so horrible, you would address the functionality of your product. Issues: - Does not keep me logged in for extended periods of time - When it does decide to let me/keep me log in it's a gamble on whether it recognizes I have the newsmax + subscription or not - When it does recognize I have the Newsmax + subscription and I eventually get to tune in to the programming I get anywhere between 5-15 minutes of watch time before severe buffering issues (no it's not my connection to the internet) or the app just flat out crashes and it's another roll of the dice on the first two issues again. -If I have to pause a show when I continue it I receive audio from the point I paused from and the live feed at the same time causing me to restart my stream. -When one show ends and another begins it's a guaranteed app crash. Fix your app, get a good review and my subscription money. Until then this whole experience is simply terrible and not worth my energy no matter how much I enjoy your content.Show lessKodyh0405
Changeover to NexmaxPlus
Sad that it is so confusing and difficult to get back to watching Newsmax all day. The last few days I feel really lucky when I find a way to catch a Newsmax Show every now and then. I paid for a year subscription for the new updated app (?) I don’t know if there is even a new app, can’t seem to find it. The old app doesn’t work. Just a real bummer because I was all in with Newsmax since the beginning. Now at such a crucial news time in this world I can’t get my news updates immediately. I guess I will try AON until Newsmax gets things figured out.
Rob Schmitt is the best, I do hate that in the last few months he seems to have guest hosts quite often. But, I won’t stop watching him when I can.
I don’t like that weekends and late night, often it’s either reruns of old news or history shows (though I really enjoy the history shows, I prefer to choose them from the app at times when I am looking for that type program.Show lessRASimms
What a Joke Newsmax Plus
I have watched Newsmax from the beginning and mostly enjoyed it. I have watched and listened to the talk show hosts brag about how they’re growing and because I have enjoyed it so much, I introduced countless friends and family members to Newsmax broadcasting. Now Newsmax wants us to pay for the success that we helped bring it to. Old friend Newsmax has forgotten its roots.
I was appalled at this move with no warning. one day I could watch Newsmax the next day I could not unless I paid a subscription, which I eventually did, but now I can’t get any type of Newsmax at all. I don’t know if I have to do with the poor planning of all this, I don’t know if it has to do with my Internet though I doubt it because the icon for Newsmax TV is there. I just can’t watch Newsmax. I’ve had trouble logging in and accessing it since I paid for it.
So I am canceling my new subscription. After several years of watching Newsmax daily all the time I feel an amputation, but I’m not going to put up with this baloney where they are treating loyal viewers and supporters so poorly all of a sudden.
Furthermore I will not encourage anyone anymore to watch Newsmax. All done.Show lessMary Barbara jr
