Love the food, love the service, not the glitchy app
It doesn’t work in BJ and Unable to cancel a promo
Another thing is that I’m unable to cancel a promotion subscription in the app or online. I was unable to cancel the subscription before it renewed for the next month. I went online looking for someway to cancel; instead, I submitted an inquiry to customer service for help three days before renewal. I never heard back. This is only good for ordering but not for making changes to a promotion subscription.
Always issues of one sort or another
1. When I log in I’m unable to access my address or input and save it. No matter what I do.
2. Related to the above, I miss out on my rewards because the only way I can order is as a guest.
3. Why aren’t daily specials listed? For instance - the cheeseburger is a lunch special (12-3) but is also an all day special on Wednesdays. Why is that not listed anywhere?
4. I would like the option to use a delivery service other than Uber. They are terrible. NEVER deliver to my door - just sit in the parking lot of my townhouse complex and expect me to go out to get my order. AND they expect a TIP?
5. Trying to use mobile pay actually in the restaurant doesn’t work. At all.
6. I am almost always missing/have a problem with something from any take out order: the baked potato, the dressing. Get cheese when I want no cheese.
Surely there is a way to improve the app for in house use to ensure orders are correct before they leave the restaurant.
6. I ALWAYS get napkins and utensils. EVEN WHEN I REQUEST NONE OF THE ABOVE. What a waste.
As an additional note - all the servers are aware of these issues but no one seems to be listening to them. Or the customers. Shame as their food is not bad and prices are fairly reasonable.
PLEASE IMPROVE THIS APP!
