Simple and Motivating
When I started using the app I was a beginner. I built my own workouts, and when I was unsure how to perform a specific workout, the built in gif on each individual set showed me how. In time when I looked to increasing my routine it was great to use the community of trainers and other users as inspiration to add auxiliary work. On top of that, it replaced the notebook of recordings. It’s easy to see your gains and track your weights. So yeah, it’s pretty great.

Downloaded this app about a month ago and so far I really like it! Great for tracking my progress with the workout calendar, and for keeping my intensity up during my workout with the rest timer feature
Really good for training accompaniment
The app is really useful. I like the interactive features it has like the break timer and the people who are trainning too. Also when I’m not sure about which exercise do it shows me the execution video so that’s awesome

In my opinion this app is priceless! Great job. Offers a lot for those that know what they want to do and what they want to track. If that’s all you want to do, IT’S STILL A FREE APP!!! They only charge if you want recommended training routines from well known personal trainers. One thing I would say is to increase the number of default exercises. But that’s a small request. Their library is more than adequate and you can add custom exercises if you want/need to.

Great Alternative to Body Space!
Very good app I now use this rather than use Body Space because it’s so easy to search for the correct workout that you wish to log. The only thing I think should be added is the ability to share your workouts with social media but that’s only a small thing which is barely even a concern. All in all fantastic app and I can see myself using this along side my fitbit and Myfitnesspal apps for the foreseeable future.

Beast mode.
I’ve downloaded this app to help me get a routine going on at the gym. I haven’t really planned out a routine yet but the work outs are helping me a lot. As few minor changes would be nice as in being able to talk with other users not just the trainers and also maybe unlocking a few of the work outs so we don’t just have to make our own. Other than that I really enjoy this app. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 go beast and get that swoll one

Almost perfect!
I love this app! It is the bess weightlifting tracking app i have found and used. Very easy to use and keep track of what weight, sets,and reps you do of an exercise and what days. Only thing keeping it from being perfect is previously saved workouts dont save exactly what weight/set/reps you do. When you go to previously saved workouts to see it will hop you over to the workouts but will have the most recent/updated set/reps/weight rather than what was done that day. Other than that it is a great easy to use app! I love it!

Good trading app
This app has been great for someone who is just starting out weight training. It is easy to find the right exercises for the right muscle groups, and it shows you how to properly do the exercises.

I love this app. I had been looking for something like it for a while & I stumbled upon it almost a year ago. I like how it’s like a Facebook for your fitness and health. It’s really good for motivation and helping you keep track of your progress.
