Great app but…..
Easy setup the first time but when we moved across country. I had to delete the account and start again as it would not pair to my iphone, but all good now we will see how it goes!Fred Timps
Amateur development
This app is one of the worst I have ever come across. Development would infer improvement, but there is zero. One might wonder what these people actually do? The thermostat that this app controls randomly disappears from the app, and Apple Home, and then it takes ages to set it up again when it really should not. Then, the app allows one to turn on and off the hot water, and to set up a schedule, however, this element of the control is not extended to the Apple Home app, when all that is required is a simple On / Off control in Apple Home. It is extremely disappointing that in all the time I have had this thermostat, and used this rubbish app, the ‘developers’ have not managed to add this simple functionality which would be the most useful, sensible, and professional enhancement. So, I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase a Honeywell device, or any device that this useless and awful app controls. Epic fail Resideo, you are entirely rubbish.Show lessHerbert_Sherbert

Stressful experience
After spending a bucketload on a T5 and installing this app I now miss my old thermostat that just worked. This app has very limited functionality, offers zero analytics, has very little benefit or flexibility. Doesn’t track anything important and run time has a 2 day delay. And no way to contact help from the app, just send you to their never ending website.Show lessELR123
