Very clean UI, minimalist, no adds, great pricing options for annual that are 1/4 of comparable apps.
The character limit was annoying at first because I wasn’t aware of it, but that honestly has helped me a lot with being succinct. Didn’t like that at first, but I’ve adjusted and now I appreciate it!

OK, although there are reliability issues that make this tool less than perfect.
You have to ‘buy’ credits, but it’s not too expensive and you retain anonymity; important as an NHS therapist.
This would be a really useful tool… IF ONLY you could be assured that texts sent will ALWAYS arrive at their destination Every time, immediately….
