  • Horrible game deleting bug.

Once I got this app, I tried porting a few apps from gamepress to here. (not through sharing by email, I redid the whole game) After several hours the game glitched out and removed all the graphics. (but the behaviors were still there) I tried going back to the graphics folder to replace them, but it just lead me to an empty folder that wouldn't let me exiitt

  • Amazing App, Epic Update, Crushed dreams...

You know, when I first started using Gamepress, this apps younger brother, I was instantly hooked. But when I realized that Hyperpad was coming out, and that you could actually put good use to the games you created via upload to the App Store, I was as excited as ever. I immediately started on creating a massive project that, when finished, I was going to upload to the App Store. 2 years passed of me working on the project, and just last week, I encountered a major breakthrough, and the game was ALMOST completed. Then came today. I thought this update would help the game be smoother, better, and overall more stable. I was wrong. The instant I updated, and went to see what had become of my creation, and found out something horrible. IT COMPLETELY BROKE THE ENTIRE GAME. I'm thinking it was the new physics engine that did it, but it honestly don't know. This app is amazing, and it's probably even more amazing now (I hope), but this is just heartbreaking, and I'm really depressed about it... I wonder if this happen to anyone else... Bottom line, this app is awesome, but now my dreams are crushed because of the update.

  • Great Educational Tool

hyperPad is an intuitive platform for creating interactive books and games. I am a middle school teacher using this app with 10-12 year old students. Students can create content from other iPad apps (or a computer), import content into hyperPad, and program the interactive elements using hyperPad's visual design and programming interface. The best part about this app is that for a $9.99/month subscription fee, users can publish unlimited apps to the App Store! hyperPad will email you your project's Xcode, and then you submit it to Apple for approval (must have an Apple developer’s license - $99/year). At the time of this review, hyperPad’s website and app do not have a lot of documentation and tutorials on how to use the app; however, the average user should be able to figure out how to make a good app without any help. Since I’m a teacher, I teach students how to use the basics of the app and many of them figure out additional and more advanced things on their own.
