Our program moved to a comprehensive subscription in 2013. Why would you need to use the subscription version if you already had the original version? Furthermore, how would you know what new content we have released if you have not seen the new program which you don't have access too?You must have liked the program if you used it frequently with your students so we are not clear on why you are giving this a bad review as a review would apply to the integrity of the content not access to the program.
Update to iOS 11

Back in 2013 we removed our original app The social Express and placed a new app in the store, The Social Express II. People who purchased the original app, The Social Express were given a perpetual license, but when ios 11 came out the app stopped working. We have offered a generous discount for anyone who owned the app to purchase the Social Express II as we have not supported the social express since 2013. This cusomter is complaining about an entirely different app. Please remove this ASAP

The Social Express is a comprehensive social skills program which may be needed for some individuals for 1 month or 1 year until they have gained the benefits from the program. Therefore your monthly fee is to access the content until you no longer need it. You may cancel anytime. We give you the option of a monthly license or an annual so you have flexibility on how much time you need.

Hello, you say the app is "useless" but you don't say why? How can you give this a low rating with no actual reason why? What didn't work? Reviews are helpful for developers when we hear from our customers what works and more important, what does not. We have won multiple awards and are helping thousands of people worldwide with social and emotional deficits. It is rare that our program doesn't work so we will assume this was user error.
