Best Platformer!!
I've been a fan of Donut Games since they started coming out for my iPhone 3G way back in 2008. They are a great company and the games were wonderful for the older devices, but get pretty boringly repetitive nowadays. Traps fixes all the single plot issues and brings many different elements into this game. With the game controller support (have the SteelSeries Stratus), it makes the game perfect for what it's going for. If you're looking super flashy guns and fights this ISN'T it but if you're looking for a nice platform with more than one twist and turn, this is the game for you. $5 is pittance for a developer that's been around since the App Store opened and continues to release new games and updates the old ones. Please get this game; you WON'T regret it! Thank you again Donut for your best game yet!!!

Brilliant retro-style platform game that makes me feel like I'm reliving my youth! Using an mfi bluetooth controller and that works very well with this game.

Great game, poor controls
The development team put together an indepth game, lots of things to explore, lots of variety. But, the game is let down by poor controls. As someone with a device full of games (and lots of experience in platformers), these controls are up there as one of the worst controls i've come across. They are too close together and too crammed in the corners. The positioning should be flexible - and as a develper, that would be a VERY quick thing to implement.
I've tried to be fair and rate the game with 4 stars because in spite of uncomfortable controls, it's still very enjoyable. After playing the game for 5 hours, the controls still give me grief - and I still press they wrong button frequently. Please fix it.

Fantastic game
So much fun. So good
Cool little game
Awesome game. Was a little hesitant at first to buy it but can't stop playing it.
Do have one issue. Can't get into the most bottom right area. Seems to be no way in. Any one have an idea how to get there? Thanks

Fantastic Metroidvania style game
While the graphics are on par with 16-bit the animations are a little stiff. That aside this game was incredibly fun reminding me of Metroid meets Spelunker with a little Pharaoh’s Curse. Played with an external controller and it’s even better. Because you respawn on the same screen you die the game is pretty easy, but that’s not really what this is about. It’s about exploration of the Pyramid and finding the missing idols within the maze.

Not worth it for the price
Definitely one of my favorites, because I never have many games on my iPhone at once, and this one stayed on for quite a while. I enjoyed it a lot, and i definitely would buy a second one if they made it, but there is one problem: the price. If it was a lot cheaper (even free) then I would definitely got it. It was much like the old school metroid games, which were really good.

Good solid fun, treasure hunting and exploration. The closest thing you can get to an Indiana Jones game on the IOS store.
