You can tell their customer service team barely graduated high school. The poker tables are extremely slow. You’re playing setup poker on this site. The worst hand wins 90% of the time. People call with nothing but still catch and win. The developers of this site should be charged and sent to prison as well and their support staff. I deposited money immediately after I did my account was locked. After days of trying to unlock my account I requested them to just refund my account but they are still requesting more documents I already provided and telling me they are unable to refund my account. ### 1/5 — Getting worse *2022-05-09, version 7.4.0.(180)* Online Poker without chat is terrible…..graphics getting worse ### 1/5 — The absolute worst poker site in history *2021-04-18, version 6.1.82* I am taking the time to write this because a lot of the critical reviews are several years old. The site is completely terrible for several reasons. I only played a couple of hours, so maybe I am just “running bad “but the card displacement is horrible in my experience. Seriously, I think I was playing with bots. No way to tell because they do not have chat. Anyway, all of that aside, there is no action here. If you want to play with 10 or $20 for fun in a Penny ante game, you will probably be happy enough with this. I deposit 100$. I didn’t get instantly and I start to play. I go up to $200 and lost everything and still didn’t get a single dollar. I contacted them and they told me they cannot give me bonus. :)) I’m considering to contact my lawyer. Have played both numerous times, had ups and downs on both of course, however 888 seems to favor/cater its more consistently played user-base, while PokerStars seems to indicate fair hands for all players at a given table at any given moment.
