On top of that they don’t have a live agent to chat with or any phone number to call. Just email tag which takes weeks and months. Firstly it takes longer than any other app to verify I’m in Ontario, and once it does, there’s at 50/50 the app freezes and you have to close it and try again. Also, it’s a very limiting app. Your ability to parlay bets gotta be one of the worst; extremely restrictive. Lastly, this app hates when you try to withdraw. I have had a withdrawal I’ve been waiting for and it’s been 5 days today and still haven’t gotten it. I did get an email saying “your withdrawal was returned to us. We'll try again using a different method”. I believe this is just an attempt to delay payout in hopes you reverse your withdrawal. Deposit bonus SCAM. *2024-11-22, version 5.19* I signed up for the “100% deposit bonus up to $250” wagered $250 because there’s a one time play through requirement, met all the odds and sports requirements and still didn’t receive my bonus. I reached out to support asking for help and answers and was told I have to deposit and bet more money to receive my bonus. Not only did I send them screenshots of all the lies and misleading messages they promote but I sent them my bet ID/bet slip showing them I met all the requirements and still didn’t get my bonus. On top of that the said they will raise the case to a higher up and someone will get back to me and I haven’t heard from anyone in a week now. Long story short stay away from these no name SCAM websites. Most of these reviews are probably fake and if you scroll through them you’ll see a bunch of people with the same complaints and accusations. There is a huge problem with ‘location check’ which happens every single time you open the app. 4 out of 5 time it stuck on the location check page and doesn’t let you do anything even tho the app has full permission to check the location! You have to close and reopen the app 10 times for it to work. This is insane, why are you checking user location every single time even when the app was opened couple of minutes ago? Have a good day! ### 1/5 — Worst betting app ever *2026-02-09* There was 2 Super Bowl promos, one was bet $30 on the Super Bowl and get $30 bonus bets, and the other one was bet $20 on a Super Bowl SGP and get $20 bonus bets, not only did I not receive my bonus bets but after I contacted customer service they said I needed to provide a screenshot of the promotions in order to get my bonus bets, are you kidding me? Why would I need to provide a screenshot of the promotions to get my bonus bets?
