It is very easy to use and I can do most of what I need to with my account from my phone. I could probably do it all if my vision was a little better.

Convenient
I live out of state and the app helps me do all the activities I would do in person. The new and improved app is easier to use too. A great tool for a great institution.

Customer service via messenger service is excellent
The best part is that I can message customer service through the app and they respond pretty quick. It basically eliminates the need to visit or call the bank which is super convenient because who has time to call the bank during the middle of a work day.
