Customer service via messenger service is excellent
The best part is that I can message customer service through the app and they respond pretty quick. It basically eliminates the need to visit or call the bank which is super convenient because who has time to call the bank during the middle of a work day.

Holy smokes I love this app. So easy to transfer money to different accounts and other members accounts. I loooove it! Miss Weber State CU but canโt complain about how things are at Ascent! Also! Their customer service is ๐๐ผ

Better than othersโ apps
I really like the ability to customize spending categories and add short explanations. I also like being able to see the running balance for each transaction.
Pretty good
The app does what I need for the most part. My biggest complaint is the lack of a simple account total, net worth, overall balance or whatever you want to call it. Other bank apps show you the total of all your accounts right up front. I canโt find it anywhere on this app. Seems like a pretty basic omission.

Gets the job done
M2M transferring is pretty impossible. Why canโt I just do their account number and indicate savings or checking like for all other things we do financially? I have not been able to successfully do a M2M transfer yet (and Iโm the guy everyone calls to fix their tech problems). That needs to be sharpened up.

I find it difficult to use this site. My passwords have to be changed often because the site never seems to recognize them. No mater how carefully I put them in.
