Still no update
Why does this app still not even support Touch ID, let alone Face ID. Needs to be updated in a big way.
Average App at Best
Older app, in need of update and upgrade. Unable to perform a mobile app deposit due to pop up: “to do online deposit, use mobile app”, which is exactly what I was using.
WSCU, put some effort in your mobile app, make it better than average. As members, we expect better and deserve better.

DOESNT WORK
Every time in turn on this app it pops up with a message that says “network connection error”. I have tried multiple times on WiFi and data.
App doesn’t even work on iOS 11
This app tells me it doesn’t work at all with iOS 11. And I can’t tell if it’s my phone or the website, but I’m unable to check my bank account through the internet browser on my phone.
Works ok but could be better
The UI looks and feels a little 2009ish and app often gets stuck on one error screen and I have to delete and reinstall. Would also love Touch ID, that would be awesome. Overall, I get the info I need ans am able to make transfers but the app as a whole could be more user friendly.
Poor update
App used to work fine. New update will not load after password entry. Clearly not ready for latest iOS update. 14 Nov 17
Add Touch ID
The app works fine. I want to enter my account with Touch ID. That would make it a five star app for me.
Needs updating
The app needs to support TouchID for security.
Crap app
This app is terrible, I've used a lot of horrible apps that crash and don't work right, this is another of them. Good bank, but who ever wrote this app should be fired.
Mobile deposit still not functioning
When I go to use mobile deposit, it says that I must be logged into the mobile app to use mobile deposit. But I already am logged into the app. I also tried downloading the app onto a different device and it give the same error.
