Wonderfully entertaining and replayable
The developers have created a detailed world where the Victorian age is mixed with a futuristic fantasy of incredible inventions. I know I will be playing this again to check out more routes, locations and characters.
(Added: I don't know any other adventure type game as enjoyably replayable as this. After 7 completed trips, I'm still not even close to being done discovering all the richly described places, journeys, characters, fantastical inventions and adventures. It's a game created to be played again and again, since more possibilities appear on subsequent plays. This is an amazing game . )Show lessMaewkaew
67 days!!!
Played this through quite a few times before doing it in 67 days with no bank visits! The first time the story is interesting and adds to the adventure. After a few goes though it can be a bit repetitive and it would be nice to have a quick or cut-down option for the text as it would still be a fun game to play.
It is different from nearly all other games I have purchased, played and enjoyed recently. I also love that there are no in-app purchases. Well done for that.Show lessGlenW
An incredible game
This is just an amazing game. Maybe the best I've played on iOS. It's fresh, smart, and compelling. The production value is very high, and it's so atmospheric and evocative. It does an excellent job of communicating the excitement and adventure of a time when the world was just starting to open up to travel, but before the homogenization brought about by mass communication and affordable air travel. One of my favorites
80 Days is one of or the most unique games I have owned, and it is extremely fun. The amount of choice and openness makes you feel as if you are actually in the story. You get to choose everything from when to depart, where to go, and even what to buy! The branching story really makes the game feel engaging and fun. This is a game that I am very happy with. Adventure!
80 Days takes literate interactive fiction, which already was an excellent fit with iOS, and adds an elegant, robust series of currencies. It's not quite open ended; more of an interesting, almost unique rolling story full of memorable action. Too good for kids, and extraordinary with its care. Highest recommendation.Show lesswanderm
Brilliant storytelling and art style
This game has a great art style, great atmosphere in the different locations and a great, developing, varied story. The writing is fantastic and really paints the picture of the adventure and the setting. Well worth the time and money.NicholasBeck

Third time lucky with beating the clock! Highly entertaining and transports you to another era. One of my favourite apps. I hope they create spin-offs with new storylines.lycheesftw
Best iPad game I've Played!
Interesting, fun, thought-provoking all things I found with 80 days. Expected little but found a lot and am all set for a repeat play. Superbly designed and written I can't recommend it more highly. Give it a go it is excellent.Lofric
Decent play -- Horrible UI
This is an ok game marred by a ***horrible*** UI. It doesn't clearly confirm buying tickets, so you don't know if you have only planned a trip, purchased a ticket, or just negotiated the price down but haven't bought a ticket yet. If you try to embark thinking you have a ticket when you don't, it throws you into planning loops you can't get out of. Meanwhile, time ticks on and trips vanish as you try to figure out the stupid interface. And, since you can't save a game, you have to start ***all over*** from the very start if you screw up. Frustrating, inept UI design by someone more in love with minimalism than functionality. Don't waste your money on this game.Show lessTom_Lehmann
