  • Fun!

I had lots of fun playing this original game. The atmosphere, the storyline, the possibilities... Well worth the price.
  • Hugely Engrossing

This game demands you make quick decisions from limited information and lets you use either your intelligence, wit or force and either progress or perish. In addition to finding the fastest route you also need to finance your travels by entering the markets and bazaars to buy goods cheaply in one city and sell them for profit in the next city. You can also use disguises and bribes to gather valuable information, escape danger and evade government officials. It's addicting and even if you don't win the first time, you'll want to play again and agin.
Great artwork and immersion in the Victorian-imagined era of wild inventions, flying ships and automated machines. Good fun.

  • Clever game...entertaining and written like a choose your own adventure story.

Clever game...entertaining and written like a choose your own adventure story.
Opportunity for more options & outcomes to be added later, and more extensive routes designed.
  • Wish I could rate higher

Finally a game that is not about blowing up my adversaries. A game that is not mindless tapping.

I wish I could give it five stars. If you play it more than twice (and I doubt many will win the first 2 times) you'll understand why.

Each time the game is restarted there is the drawn out intro screen graphics with a "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego" feel. The every choice leads to a text filled screen and more waiting. The first time is ok. The second, not so bad. But when you can repeat the script before it appears just to get to the place in the game where you want to take a different direction than previous efforts it's just too boring.

  • Refreshing!

What a relief! I've finally come across an iOS game with a unique concept and refreshing gameplay! Usually I'm done with a game in a few days or a week, but I've been coming back to 80 days for quite a while now. If you love to read, are keen on adventures or are a geography geek like I am, this game will definitely suit you. It's all about having a feel for the journey, making good decisions, figuring out smart ways to travel, to trade and to maintain Monsieur Fogg's health.
What I love about the game is that every time you play it it's different, there are so many cities, so many stories and so many routes to take!
Don't hesitate to pick this up, for a couple bucks it's a steal!

  • Fantastic game

This game is beautifully designed and executed. I have played it a few dozen times to try different routes, strategies, etc. and I'm still enjoying it. It has a well-crafted, seemingly endless generative narrative and an unusual design schema of steam punk and automata.

One request to the developers- the sound is all ambient but can't be turned off in settings. I would like to play while listening to my own music please. Please add an option to turn off the sound.

  • A great find!

I usually don't take the few games I have loaded on my phone seriously, (only playing them on occasion) until now that I stumbled on to 80 days. Once you start playing, it's hard to stop. I've been totally disabled since 2008 and don't get out very much, so this has been a great way to pass the time. I never knew there were these types of games available. I wish I would have discovered the game sooner. I can't say enough good things about the game so I will simply say thank you inkel team. You're genius! I look forward to many adventures. I'm also looking forward to playing Sorcery sometime soon. Cheers!

  • Choice and Consquence with a good story

It plays like an interactive short story with plenty of player choice and consequence along with some random events.
Excellent value for the current asking price, I really enjoyed replaying it and making different choices.
  • Easily best game on mobile

I've probably gotten more than 60 hours of enjoyment and replay ability from this game and will get more in the future. It is a great choose your own adventure where you manage your own resources. There are so many cities and sub-plots around the world. Once you've finished the game in 80 days, try doing it in 40, then try going to the north-pole, find a teleportation device, go to the moon, get to the center of the earth and mutiny a ship. This is just the tip of the iceberg of a great game. There are certain endings (such as finding out the murder mystery on a ship) that I am still trying to complete today. Purchase it, unless you're illiterate you won't regret a single cent, and good luck with your master's wager.

  • Stylish and characterful

A fun romp across the globe where you manage funds and relationships as you chart a course to winning a wager. So many different routes to take and decisions to make, all underpinned by snappy writing, colourful characters and a fun dash of steampunk.
