I hope everything works perfectly like it has to be.
I'm using the service (Wester Union) but in Walt-marts or HEBs.
Now I want to do it from work or while I'm in the house, or at the gym, or what about at the game?
Perhaps I could be busy on a romantic night with my wife in a hotel and our family or some friends need money.
I don't want to go away running from here to there just to find out that everything is closed.

😡 for Apple; 😕 for the actual review
1st, I'm unsure if its the software or this stupid iPhone SE but I shouldn't get forced out of a lengthy review just because the username I used was taken 😒. 2nd, the WU app is very user friendly so far however information pertaining to the locations and exact services they offer is out of date. I called a total of 3 for cross referencing purposes and none verified the data that was given to me via app. Perhaps they didn't know what they were talking about OR the app needs to update information, especially phone numbers. Having to go to safari to look up a phone number to the facility the app is referring me to defeats the purpose of the app's provision of convenience. All in all, it's still a good app.

Terrible app, nonexistent customer service
I had $25 put on my card for my birthday this year. It took forever for the money to register. I tried several times to check the balance. By the time the money showed, WU PREPAID had taken $14.50 in fees for the balance checks via ATMs. Now I have $9.50 that is good for nothing. I've tried several times to use the card for a .99 purchase on Spotify. It declines every time. Not a single web site, including Apple will allow me to use the card to even guarantee a purchase of anything. Total waste of money. Now I'm stuck with $9.50 being held hostage. Shame on you western union.

Terrible App!
Doesn't recognize your password. I changed it once to the same thing, which takes 20 minutes. A week later same issue. The second time it locked me out of my account! I called to cancel my card and they charged me $5! Terrible app, terrible company policies. Won't be using net spend again ever.
Good app
I love the app. In definitely comes in handy and the features are great also. They can add a few more or at least upgrade it cause it seems since they made it they never check back on it. At least update it.

I can't find my country, why is so hard for you people to include Puerto Rico in your list? Helloooo we are part of the United States, so please do it, and I will consider rating this app a Five *, if not, to bad.
