Why All the Hate???
I use this app everyday to park my vehicle at the BAT Transit Garage in Brockton to connect with the MBTA Commuter Rail.
I was able to set up my vehicle profile for multiple vehicles which is great for my business tracking purposes.
The app detects my location, I enter my space number and because this location is all-day parking for $2.65 you don’t have an hourly option.
After completing my purchase a confirmation window opens showing my spot and my vehicle and an option to take a picture of my location so I can remember where my vehicle is.
Most of these bad reviews are from years ago so it looks like they got a lot of the issues in order and addressed.
I’ll give it 4 Stars because there is always room for approvement.

Frustrated
Spent a good 10 minutes downloading the app creating an account- had to enter everything manually, no population of fields. Then the app tells me the parking space is not valid, even though the information on the meter was entered correct. Had to wander around trying to find someone with quarters! This is after I have given all my information to the app. Such a pain!
