MARi mobile provides all the tools needed to help employees stay engaged with what is next in their organizational careers: easy access, notifications and reminders, skill assessments, whole-person job profiles, and recommendations on resources and activities to close any existing gaps. Managers, supervisors, and teachers can view the progress and mastery estimates of their team, group, and class.
