Used to Love It
I used to love this app and used it all the time, but lately I found it doesn’t work as well. The alignments for the iPhone X are off so when I try to change the amount of an item I want to bring, it takes multiple tries because it won’t work or it’ll change the amount for a different item.
Keeps Freezing
Every time I open my saved trip the app just freezes. Only way I can resolve it is by forcing the app closed.
I only have the ONE trip going at the moment so not being able to get back into it is a bit of a deal breaker.
Love the concept but it just doesn’t want to work on my iPhone 6 😟

Perfect app for travelers
Never forget anything again. Have it on your list and check it off as you lay it out to pack. I love it! And you can add to the list if you think of things. The extra $2.99 is worth it to customize your lists and be able to save them To use in the future.
An Essential App for Travelers
Suitcase in hand, you head out the door. Have you ever had that feeling that you’re forgetting something? You won’t with PackPoint. Typically I start packing and then create a new trip in the app to start checking things off. Inevitably PackPoint includes something I would have forgotten otherwise.

Amazing! I love how the app looks at all the weather data and you can select activities you are going to do and they automatically add the items you need in your packing list! It’s super easy to start and it’s a lifesaver! Definitely try!
Been using this for years
I love PackPoint! I have been using it for a number of years now, for all my trips. I love how it accesses the weather forecast for your destination and generates the packing list accordingly
Missing some very key features - even when upgraded
Once you have a standard list for (e.g. snow sports). You can’t make custom items “repeating” items based on the amount of days. You can only add to the list as another custom item.
So you can have your “thermals vests” for 7 days, but can have “7 thermal vests”.
Basically renders the packing list useless, as I’m still having to work out how many of each thing you need.
Needs changing ASAP. And for £3, to make things customisable, it should have this feature.

Hi breakmonker, thanks for taking the time to leave a review and let us know about your opinion of PackPoint. You're correct about not being able to set a templated item with a dynamic rule about its quantity. That would be pretty nice to have, but PackPoint unfortunately doesn't have that. I'd be happy to PayPal you a refund, that way you can continue to use the app if you'd like to and not have to pay for it since you don't think the value it provides is a fair exchange.
