Great Game - Technical Fixes NEEDED!
I really enjoy playing this game and leveling up within the different worlds. The club feature is okay, but of course some members don't participate. I agree with other reviews that say it takes too much time and effort to earn diamonds, yet when you want to trade them in for something, it asks for a ton of diamonds. How can you possibly have diamonds needed to make trades/get upgrades with the numbers they ask for... also, the technical difficulties are never-ending. Here are issues I have had: ending the bonus round and the "continue" button not working then I lose my won game and the money and all rewards because I have to close out (the screen just says loading forever), reaching worlds and not being able to retrieve my lifetime goal rewards (making it to Dublin and now to Chicago), and free diamonds being offered by ad watching and then when you click on it to see the ad and get the free diamonds, it says loading (again forever) and you have to close the app. This game is very fun and I enjoy it, but I am SO FRUSTRATED that each time an update happens, something is screwed up in the game - not getting credits for Dublin when it first became available and now with the newest update, users are unable to claim the Chicago passport. 😕Show lessPamgam
Addicted
Even though it’s very American, I love word games and I guess my knowledge of America is increasing haha. It’s a shame there isn’t an Australian version. I must admit that I have to cheat sometimes by googling, but I have a fair idea of the answer, just never heard of it before eg the name of a U.S. senator or basket baller. I don’t think I’m playing against ‘real’ contestants; why would they possibly choose a letter like z or x when the answer is obvious, therefore I’m not sure how good at this game I really am, even though I win 90% of the time. Maybe that’s good for self-esteem lol. I’ve noticed that the game has been modernised/updated which is good; some of the answers now refer to the internet and even Facebook. I’ve never been a gamer, but this one has me hooked.Show lessRozzieA
Great game with some limitations
Enjoy this game but it seems to slow to add new levels, and the clubs idea which is basically a good one needs to be more flexible so you don’t get trapped.
Recently came back back to the game. Good changes and seems like most bugs sorted. Although the letters that should be common seem hard to get now.Show lessNudge girl

Too Easy
There should be levels of difficulty for those who want more of a challenge. The app is very slick and pretty but the puzzles were so easy to solve.Canukanuk
Best Free App There Is 👍
I am a bit tight with money so this game has proven to appease this trait in me. There are so many game style options from one to one matches to tournaments with multiple players, so something for everyone to enjoy. The game design of playing from city to city, all around the world is novel and there are pop up games that allow you to win a multitude of prizes. I especially like the All Star tournaments. You have the option to subscribe to being a VIP member where more awards are available but this is not compulsory and free play does not leave you disappointed. Adverts do not interfere with gameplay which is great. The designers are definitely on to a winner here and they are constantly updating game play so the fun never stops.Show lessjust post the damn review
Used to be great
This game used to be awesome! Unfortunately now, it’s just got so many problems that don’t seem to be getting better. Instead of me writing a normal review - below is my email to support. I’ll be ecstatic to change my rating and review if it’s treated accordingly.
I downloaded this game awhile back and really enjoyed it. I spent money that I shouldn’t have on diamonds but, I liked the game. Worked really hard getting further on in levels. Then, the problems start. All of which I’ve informed through the contact button on the actual app. This may go to the same place, I don’t know. First, the game started booting me out constantly. Always after I had won. Then, I started getting purchase errors after winning the bonus rounds. This has happened at least 10 times in the last couple days. Now it’s happening just about every single time I play! How are we going to be compensated for this? Honestly, at the very least, I should be getting the boxes that I earned! Or diamonds or something!! Instead I’m being told, “We are aware of the problem. We are working on it. We don’t know when it will be fixed. We can’t decide whether we are going to give compensation or not but thank you”. I really do like this game but it needs to take care of the customers who have spent time and money to get where they are. Thank you!Show less1jaxsgirl
Don’t know what words mean
This is one of my favourite games but you have 5 tickets and you can spend a fortune of gems or wait for like half an hour to get 1 single ticket and some games are easy but other games I don’t know the meaning of them. I would recommend this app to anyone and I love the fact that you can make your own puzzles so other people can play them. When you win a game you get mystery boxes but the final box is locked and I was about to get it. Overall this app is great but please could you change the above. Thank you :DShow lessSpider.Pig€TRUTH

With self managed time to think, this game has a great variety of questions to challenge you.
Fun trying to beat your partner.
Only annoying point, is that even with over 20 experts, none of them seem to be able to help you when you get high on the ladder, the time you need them most!!!!!Sugie!53
Wheel of fortune
Everything is based on America. Anyone living outside America won’t know what most of the answers are. Especially when it comes to towns in America. One answer I received was ‘baby kangaroo’ I am from Australia. We do not call them baby kangaroos. We call them Joey’s. You wouldn’t say ‘baby duck’ you’d say duckling. If you are going to use descriptive words about a kangaroo, why not red Kangaroo or Boxing Kangaroo. ‘Baby kangaroo’ is ignorant and just proves further how Americanized this game is. Every quiz I dislike on this game is because anyone outside of America would not know the answer. Needs to be more universal.Show lessNayJay666
