Elite athletes only?!
It's starts by assuming you can hold a regular plank for 60 seconds followed by elbow and then leg raised etc. There is no way of telling the app I'm not that fit yet!!
Decent but not worth it.
There are much better 5 minute work out aps. No explanation of exercises, no way to look ahead to see what exercises are included in a set(to see if you want to add weight or change exercises for an injury, etc.). The plank version seems to be the only useful application from this group.
