Do not use.
Booked a broadway show a couple of weeks in advance through this group, and noticed that my seats were not specified. Sent a message to them to find out where my two seats were, and the day before the show I received an e-mail saying they no longer have seats!
It gets worse.. I called them and they said that is wasn’t that the seats were gone, but that they were separated. They told me that I had some time to decide, so I went around looking for a pair of seats together. Well, the show was sold out, so I called back saying I’d still take them (I really wanted to see the show) and they told me that those seats were no longer available, so they’ll issue me a refund.
Going through HeadOut ruined my broadway experience, embarrassed me, and wasted a whole lot of my time. Only 1 star, and only because they actually provided a refund.

A great App easy and fast
Horrible Customer Service
Host wasn't where he was supposed to be. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. No answer. Downloaded app for "immediate " help only for the chat page to say "leave a message". No way to get in touch with anyone. Left several messages for a call back. Still waiting lol. Host finally showed up 5 minutes before show NOT where I was told he would be but luckily I walked to theater and he was outside there. Walked into show about a minute before it started. Stressful and awful. Would never use again. Highly disappointed with the fact the 2 days later I'm still not able to get in touch with anyone. Awful just awful.

Horrible customer service.
I bought tickets but was never given any confirmation as to how and when I will receive them. No one answers when you call or use the app the chat with customer support.
I received a call a few minutes before the show to be outside the show location to pick up the tickets but at that point it was too late because I didn’t even know whether I’d even get the tickets until the very last minute. After emailing customer service about a refund or credit, they flat out refused and stopped responding.

No deals here - it’s more expensive!!!
I downloaded this app to save time and money and it’s actually more expensive than going direct to the museum or site. I was in Paris Nov 22-25 and tried to book Catacombs tickets. I’ve been before and paid €12 - this app wanted €30 to skip the line! Are you insane?! I walked down to the Catacombs at 9:30, waited half an hour and got in and paid €13. I’d be raging mad if I had shelled out €30 for a skip the line when there was hardly a line to begin with. Also, the price listed for the Louvre is the same as buying it direct! Then when you go to book, it’s more with FEES! The Louvre charged me €34 and Headout wanted €37 - €7 in fees. This is a scam. Offer REAL deals or stop pretending this is a bargain app. I’m deleting it. I have yet to see any bargains here and paying more than double to skip a line up by 20 minutes is folly. The difference between €13 to €30 is basically a nice Parisienne lunch. I have better ways to spend €17.

Deals you cannot miss!
Headout is absolutely perfect for satisfying your wanderlust in NYC. There are great deals on all sorts of activities - whether that be a show or day outing, it’s a great way to find out what’s going on in the city aside from the things you usually do every weekend. The checkout experiences is super-efficient and the customer care is really top notch. Highly recommend this app to anyone living in the city.

Superb customer care
Had to change the dates for a guided tour of NYC and the Headout staff was more than happy to help. My call was answered instantly and I did not have to sit on-hold twiddling my thumbs waiting for help. The rep got everything sorted very quickly and efficiently. She was super sweet and thorough - even spent an extra few minutes giving me some helpful tips for the tour.

Perfect for a last-minute tickets
The Headout app has the most exciting Broadway shows and concert tickets. There selection of preview tickets for new shows is awesome. It’s an absolute delight booking with the app given how easy and reliable it is. Unlike other ticketing outlets, you can select your actual seats. This option is something I’ve been waiting for in the world of online booking! Ticket pick up is face-to-face with a Headout host at the theatre, no lines, just a quick handoff. I’d give this app a 10/10.

Such a useful app!
Apart from the great prices and convenient booking, the app also has informative descriptions for the activities available which makes it so much easier to make a decision. I visit New York quite often for work and my free time is quite limited and sporadic. So being able to plan something on the day-of is a HUGE help. The prices are also unbeatable which just adds to the convenience. The app is amazing!

Love the app!
Not only is Headout a source for booking tickets and activities - it’s an invaluable source of information. It combines two steps into one (researching what you want to do, then hunting for tickets). I really can’t express how much of a time saver it is to be able to just pull out your phone, open the app, and instantly sort your weekend plans. The descriptions and photos create a realistic expectation of whatever it is your looking to do, and I really appreciate that.
