Best app for booking Broadway tickets
Easy to search for tickets and even easier to book them. Usually when I want discounted tickets, I pay for it in time. Whether that means standing in a relentlessly long line, or staying on-hold forever to reach a customer service rep - it can be painful. Headout, on the other hand, is absolutely painless! You don’t even have to wait in line at Will Call; a Headout employee shows up and hand-delivers your tickets. I can’t believe I just now discovered these guys! Will only buy tickets on this app from now on. Really well-thought out process.

Unreliable and poor service
Don't believe all the stuff in the FAQ about "is this legit?" Because it's not. Booked 4 tickets to a Broadway show 3 days ahead of time and after a day of not getting details on the tickets emailed to me, called them only to be told that those tickets really weren't available to begin with and there's nothing they could do. If your tech isn't good enough to provide close enough to real time ticket availability then don't sell tickets. Deleted the app and won't be using again. Save yourself the trouble and use a real ticket service that actually works.

Would not recommend to anybody
I honestly think this people are thieves. I bought tickets for catacomb tour while I was traveling last month, we couldn't get it as they were on strike. I was told at the door
,they will arrange the refund since we couldn't go back on any other day as it was our last day in Paris. I thought since we purchased the ticket from Headout they can get a full price back from catacomb and refund what we paid for but HEADOUT is refusing to give us our money back and offering a voucher. Honestly after all this I would like your service again? I'll tell people how poor your service is and never use it.

Don't bother
Seriously bad app. Tried to book 2 things. One Broadway show and one tour of the met. Both times they took my money then said "oh sorry, this never happens" yeah right! Forget it. Use other apps. There are heaps of them. Like today tix for Broadway shows and Kair go anywhere else to get cheap tickets to galleries etc. these guys are terrible. Don't offer things you can't support. They took my money and will now take 4 days to get it back. When you're travelling that's not on!!!!

Amazing!
This application is home to all of the touristy attractions that you would want to experience and more! My family and I booked many tickets with Headout and couldn’t have had a better time. We were given the best seats in the house, able to see a Broadway show up close and personal which made the whole experience even more amazing. The helicopter ride tour was a once in a lifetime experience for us thanks to Headout! We had a 15 minute ride around New York City where we could see the whole city skyline including the famous One World Trade Centre building. We couldn’t have had this great experience without using the Headout app. The services provided were up to par, the concierge and phone services were helpful and efficient and I would recommend the app to all.

Slow
Seems like a good idea. Poorly executed. Lots of waiting for feedback after interacting made for a frustrating experience. Only cities listed seemed to be NYC and LV.
