Buyer beware
They do take huge advantage of travellers
For example the ticket and audio would cost 7 Euros at Pantheon. They charged me thrice the rate. Also you have to go to another location and collect the ticket. Plus audio tour did not work.
They gave hop on hop off ticket for free for which I have to go to an office. I spent 3 hours searching and could not find one
They will not entertain any refund requests or even that for help. Huge disappointment

Beware of Currency Conversion charges !
But the Currency conversion charges that appeared in the Credit card statement was a surprise! The discount savings that I got from the offer was significantly reduced after these charges. While booking, It was not clear what was the base currency of the site. I could have easily paid in USD with the same card and saved on the AED conversion charges.
The site should should mention their base currency on the payment page, so customers can choose which currency they want to pay.
Terrible experience. Hours wasted on vacation, no support or remedies from Headout
Headout contacted me less than 18 hours before my scheduled tour to notify me it has been canceled.
They provided no options for rebooking as they canceled to late, and no other options were available!
I reached out through email, and never got a response. I waited 45 minutes for live chat, and they told me they couldn’t help, and would need me to wait for an e-mail update. I’ve spent 3+ hours of my vacation trying to get this fixed, and I paid over $100 for my tickets.
I work in support, and I can tell you this has been the absolute WORST experience with a customer support team. This is gross negligence, and it has ruined the last day of my trip to rome.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT VERIFYING THE TOUR FIRST, THEN WILL CANCEL SO LATE YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS.
If I could rate this company a negative 5-stars, I would.
