Warning! - late tickets!

I used this app to purchase a couple experiences while in Athens. One set of our tickets showed in a few minutes with no worries. However, another set of tickets purchased at the same time didn’t show up until very late. After much waiting around we ended up buying tickets at the gate to keep our schedule. I’ve been in contact with customer support who have informed us of a no refund policy and now I am screwed out of money. Please save yourself the trouble that many here have experienced, including myself now, and take your business elsewhere

Not deliver tickets right after phrasing

I bought tickets around 20 hours prior my excursion. They kept promising to send me tickets every hour. 30min before my trip, I was at the train station because it was a train excursion, I did not have my tickets. I had to buy another tickets at the station and when I asked to return money because it was 20min left before departure, they sent my ticket… I ended up paying twice otherwise I was risking not to go on a trip. Customer service kept promising things that were not true

This is a SCAM

The worst experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT book Colosseo tickets from them. They can’t make sure they can get the tickets until last minute but they’ll tell you they can. They hold your money for long time, like over one month, then just before your trip they say sorry for not being able to make it. You’ll lose your time, your money because of currency difference or bank fee, and they won’t pay you any interest for sure even they borrowed money form you. They compensate you by giving you the credit of the platform that you’ll probably never use.

Great app.

Travel most of the year and book all locations with headout. I remember the days before this service. How easy headout makes it to travel.

Fraud be careful using this app

They first say in the website that they didn’t charge my credit card. Second they charge my credit card triple and they didn’t refund the money back. Even when was their mistake. I called and they hang out on me. They just like to take your money and because of their police of scam they won’t give you the extra money they charge back to your account be careful using this. Also the customer service is horrible they yelled at me over the phone.

HORRIBLE

I had a trip booked to Paris, France in March 2020. Booked all of my activities through Headout, however we had to cancel due to the Covid-19 crisis. I asked for a refund THREE WEEKS AGO, have yet to see it. I’ve emailed Headout MULTIPLE times and every time I get a response such as “oh we are working it” or “we have a lot of volume” which I do understand that it is difficult to contact vendors now, BUT I SHOULD NOT BE ON THE LINE FOR THAT. Headout will scam and cheat you for all you are worth- I spent over $1200 on my activities and they are hoarding it due to their business suffering. I would have never guessed when I booked this trip it would be in the midst of a pandemic and Headout is using that to their advantage. I plan on going to Paris (which has been a dream of mine for 30 years now) next year and you can be sure I will NOT being using Headout for those activities. Viator is much more reliable and they allow you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the activity takes place. They do not HOARD you money because THEY are suffering. Please save yourself the pain and suffering and DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY ON THE SCAMMING, MONEY HUNGRY CORPORATE SHARKS.

It would ideally take 2-7 business working days for you to receive the credited amount. However, since we have been facing a high volume of requests, it might get extended 10-12 days, from the time you select the refund option. I know this is not ideal, but we are doing the best we can to get it fixed right now. Nonetheless, we have escalated this issue to our finance department and they will be prioritising this right away. App OK- Sells Fraudulent Tickets and Wont Refund

I bought tickets for Saint Chapelle in Paris and they were not delivered until after the museum closed that day despite being told by two different help individuals they would be "in 15 minutes" and leaving us waiting outside for tickets that never made it until after it closed. They told me no big deal, I could use them another day so we went back the next day.

The tickets the next day did not allow entry- they were professional tickets for if your with a tour and we were not allowed to enter. We spoke to the church who said that they had numerous instances of this happening by HeadOut and would report it.

HeadOut is refusing to refund the tickets saying they need proof. What more proof than the tickets saying "PRO" on them and having the price for coming with a professional, not individual do they need? The website clearly states a different price than the ticket they gave me so they clearly just want to keep the money.

This is fraudulent- don't use this service
