We sell tickets to over 5000 customers every day and the reviews you see are nothing but a biased collection that we are constantly trying to improve. If we had any availability, we would have definitely offered you another tour but we however will pass on your feedback to the customer experience team. Warning!
So disappointed as we had tickets for events later in the afternoon and now the whole day was completely upended. Our genuine distress was noted by a museum supervisor who said Head Out had paid Google to be first in search results. True? IDK. Buyer beware right? So my fault. Just wish this weren’t so prevalent in our society.
