You app before really good and comfortable to use but now really no more good! They don’t help when food not arrive and cannot give a correct answer. I can’t go inside in the app ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — مساء الخير *2024-10-12* يجب عمل اودت لجميع الاماكن لرفع كفاءة التعامل بمعني ان يتصل احد من طرف ايت اوردر لمعرفة التغليف و طريقة التعبئة و كل طرق التقييم ### 5/5 — Not working anymore *2018-10-02, version 1.0.3* I always liked to use the App but since 2 days it’s not working at all and as well the website. ### 5/5 — excellent *2018-01-19* plz add order time&delivery number, app not responsive delay plz fix it, more problems in app plz plz fix it ### 4/5 — Gets the job done *2024-08-10* A lot of the vendors don’t update their shop with the current stock, many items not available as shown, 8Orders staff will call you to tell you there is some things not available , if you’re paying cash , that’s fine, but if you paid with a card it can be a big problem because 8Orders will tell you they want to give you a credit on the app for future purchases if something is not available, but then you’re forced to get another delivery which will cost another 200LE Better to place the order as cash first, see what they tell you is actually available , then cancel the order over the phone when they call you and place it again with your card with everything in your cart you know is available It takes a lot of effort to get your cart correctly placed , but it saves me the time and effort of going into the city to three different shops for meat, chicken and fruits. There is a good bakery too, and I have gotten some very fresh fruits and vegetables.
