• View property appliance manuals and user guides
• Receive notifications from the management team
• Send instructions to the management team
• View building announcements
• Submit bookings for the onsite amenities
• Log and submit maintenance requests – please note: when clicking the maintenance button, you will be transported to the Fixflo system, which is a web app
