I always thought I could change in 2-3 weeks.. this app helped me realized that I needed to truly commit for a longer period of time.    I’ve heard of the 75 hard but I thought it was a bit to unrealistic for a busy entrepreneur… this framework is just perfect.   Definitely wasn’t comfortable but the app makes it easy to follow

Not only is the best app for accountability I’ve ever seen but it gives you value like none other at the same time. The best workouts and wisdom being given to you every day, on top of the life schedule set up + accountability, you cannot lose while using it
