Cant upload photos from my phone.
We the new update I tried to upload my receipt for a claim and it gives me errors for both taking a picture and a using a saved on. It used to be so easy

This app desperately needs a redesign. Perhaps it’s intentionally horrible to deter people submitting their claims?
User interface sucks
This app sucks the interface sucks and it doesnt even have an update option on app store despite telling me i need to update it to submit insurance claims via photo. Plz improve ur UI cuz this sucks its 2020 lets go
Way better than Blue Cross and Manulife
My employer had BlueCross and then Manulife over 6 years. Both had terrible customer service and claims took so long to get paid. Their online/phone interface was slick, but a disaster when it came to get my claims paid or get information.

Wallet ID card for drugs and dental is all My husband and I use now. There is direct pay for massage and also photo claims submission for other claims.
Always use PhotoClaim if you pay out of pocket!

Inconsistent
The app often just stays white when you open it. Works very intermittently.
