Useful but antiquated
This app is useful and has timers to let you know when your laundry is done. But it’s horribly slow and the funding process could use a major update. You can’t store a card on file to add funds nor add them through Apple Pay or other quick method. You have to reenter the card information and add a finite amount of money each time. Even a recurring auto-load feature would be a huge time saver and prevent the hassle of needing to run back upstairs to grab your card to add funds if you accidentally run low mid-cycle.

Is working fine . Satisfied
The credit card system is really bad but this All is working good and charges the right amount.
I love this app!
I love that I can put my money in in advance, so I don’t have to have lots of little credit card charges all in one day. I especially like that it notifies me when the cycle is over so my clothes aren’t sitting in the machine, causing inconvenience for the next person. I also like that it tells me if the machine is available or not so I don’t have to walk down to the laundry room to find out. All in all this is a great advancement over anything else that came before it, like nothing!

Convenient
Load app and wash. I lose or leave my card sometimes and have to buy $3 a new one. With this app I don’t need a card. I use my phone. And I’m not leaving or losing that.
Good functionality but often slow in laundry room wifi
I enjoy the app but have had some trouble getting a hold of customer service to reconnect a specific washer dryer sometimes when it does not connect to the app
Super easy to use!
So much better than using cash. Saves steps by just loading funds at home and then scanning machine at the laundry mat. Easy to use; I haven’t ever had a problem with it loading or with the actual machine. This is such a great idea and a timesaver! A+
Never works on certain stacked dryers
This app never works here where I live in the stacked dryers, I have called and I have reported that this happens all the time and I never get a straight answer from the technician he just says oh I don’t know and no I’m not exaggerating that’s exactly what I get told I hate your app and I’m going to go back to coin because I waste more time having to switch clothes in and out. I was even blamed for the washers not working really when it stops during a cycle and says error? thumbs down

Slow & doesn’t save card info
Up to a 45 second wait between vends.
App doesn’t save card info so every time your balance runs low you have to manually enter all the data again. If you add a high balance to avoid frequent reloads then you’re just giving CyclePay a nice loan to hold your money for you as you pay up front. — 3 stars because overall it is functional and does what it is supposed to do but the UI/UX could use improvements.

Helpful but Flawed
It’s great to have a way to pay digitally for my laundry but the app is far from perfect. You can only fund your account in lump payments rather than pay the exact amount for an individual load. You also have to manually re-enter your payment information every time you pay because it doesn’t save the payment info and it also isn’t compatible with auto fill. If those things were updated I’d like it a lot more

Super Convenient
Loooove being able to pay for laundry without messing with coins or cards and what not. You can upload money on the app, start the washer and dryers from the app, track the time of the machines on the app, check which machines are available on the app. Literally EVERYTHING is fine on here. Super dope.
