Fast and convenient
Better than the last laundry app I was subjected to at my former rental property, no complaints yet. Standard Landry fees are a little high everywhere you go but it should still be noted. Washer dryer hook ups will be a must for my next location
Convenient, but slow
Once you load your card information it’s pretty easy to use, however the connectivity is slow waiting to enter the next wager/dryer number.
Declining all my cards
It’s the day after Christmas. I have 5 loads of laundry to doAnd only today to do them before a straight six day work week. I loaded up the five added money ran all five One machine took my money and never ran. Came back saw that it didn’t wash four loads of laundry and four dryers tried to load money on my app my card declined. I have plenty of money in my account. I use my credit card load money. The dryers did not dry the clothes all the way which is not the ups fault, but I need to add more money so I could rental for dryers and put the wet laundry in with the damp laundry. Wouldn’t do you know my credit card declined for no reason. Now I have wet laundry and no way to load my app. Started a new account. Cards still declining. Now I’m stuck with four loads of damp laundry and one load of wet laundry. Thanks cycle pay it’s really awesome of you not to have a contact button or a way to contact you at all. We do avoid accountability

Super easy!
I love this app! No need to worry about having actual cash and getting tons of quarters! The app worked smoothly and connected quickly to the washer. Super easy to understand and use!
Barely Works
This app is horrible cause if your building uses it - it is a necessity you have it. If you don’t use the app, (at least for me) you’ll be charged on your card $15 per load and it will take way too long for them to refund you OR you can use a laundry card that is also defunct in its own right. Every time you have to enter your card information for a refill you have to reenter it from the beginning - no auto save here - and I’m guessing it’s because they don’t want to invest in an internal security system within the app to secure your data, so instead they’ll just have the app forget it every time. The load times to get a machine to work are agonizing and the fact you can only purchase preordained amounts of money ($5, $10, $15, etc) to load onto your account is also a rip off. All around one of the worst designed apps I have ever seen, especially for a needed service. Only grace I can give is that it does ultimately do what it is supposed to.

Doesn’t work!!
My landlord said we could use this app to add funds to our laundry card instead of going to an ATM and getting money every week. This app gives you absolutely no way of linking your laundry card to your account and no way of contacting the devs for help. This isn’t an issue for my landlord, it’s an issue for the devs as the app doesn’t function. Completely disappointing.

My home
Really convenient! I was so worried because no one wants to give change because of the shortage. Even the bank denied me that wassent my own, but i didint want to drive to my bank. This app made it so much easier and saved me time just by using the app. Definitely recommend it to anyone who always uses quarters for laundry. No more looking for change!! 👍🏼

Finally a solution to my problem
My apartment complex put in a new washer/dryer system that took debit/credit card. It would hold a “deposit” of $6 every time you used the washer and/or dryer. It would always over charge me. By the time the replaced it with this system. I had been overcharged $56 in total. I’m grateful for this app because it only takes out the amount charged for the washer/dryer: NO BOGUS “DEPOSIT”

Works great
Nice app. I can check if washer/ dryers are available without leaving my Apartment. Also tells you how much time before cycle is over. Plus the fact I don’t have to carry my wallet to laundry room any more. Very convenient to use😄
Needs improvement
Some a few issues with this app. It often takes several attempts to successful fund funds to the intended machine, which is quite frustrating. It took me about 10 minutes to finally vend a washer for the first time. The app kept having issues connecting to the machine. Also, the approximate cycle times are WAY off. The app notified me that my washer was done when it still had about 10-15 more minutes. Same issue with the dryer—off by about 25 minutes.
If these adjustments are properly addressed, I think this app would be GREATLY improved!
