App does not work
After many hard resets on two HK omni 20 + and multiple attempts pairing two speakers to play in party mode, I have given up and we’ll just use each speaker individually with Bluetooth. I highly recommend that you do not download this app. Very frustrating with no resolution after six years as per the comments above. clearly HK does not value this app, otherwise fixes would be made.

Absolute garbage
I bought the Omni 20 and two Omni 10’s a few years ago. The speakers are brilliant, lovely sound (when I can get them to work). However this app to connect and control them is the worst technology I’ve tried to use. The speakers largely sit gathering dust, every now and again I try to get them working again, only to discover this app is still useless.

Horrible app and even worse privacy
This company does not need a any gps location of a phone in order to send music thru to a speaker via Bluetooth. Pay attention folks. They REQUIRE you to provide your gps location. Wow

I had those machines for years now. My wedding music party was gone, because of these. 7 years ago. Now I moved country, I have omni 20 and 10 and they b… refuse to pair!!!

Poor app solution
I have Omni 10 and Omni 20 and depended on this app to get them connected or volume controls. Used them for a while and then lost it, i.e. I count not find my speakers in the app anymore. Tried to reconnect them on this app again, reset, tried WPS and nothing works. Samsung/HK really needs to put some effort in improving their apps.

Can’t connect to speaker
Bought the first generation Omni, the app wasn’t great and I thought they would make it better. They didn’t it stayed bad. Connection issues, volume jumping around, low usability...
I moved and changed wifi, and now impossible to connect my speaker to the new wifi.
I had a glimmer of hope when I saw the last update (said they fixed it), but still nothing. I don’t know if they are incompetent or just don’t care about clients.
(The second speaker broke in the meantime)

Slow, crash, and doesnt work
I bought an omni bar plus + 2 omni 10 plus + 2 omni 20 plus, i cant connect all of them because this app is stupid and lag
Extremely disappointed with HK
We like the speaker. However now we can’t even launch the apps to play music. What is the point of having this speaker if apps is not even launching. 👎👎👎👎👎
Think twice if you want to invest a pair of premium speaker like HK. Apps and service is not premium at all.
