Lost hundreds of dollars worth of sheets

First time trying their service they lost an expensive set of bedding. Paid $35 or so for the convenience and lost $300 repurchasing sheets and pillow covers.

Lost all my shirts & blouses

Used Liox a few times and had no issues - until I was about to leave on vacation and had an order picked up. When I received it back I noticed about 6-8 shirts were missing including new pieces I had recently purchased. When I called I was told it would take 48 hours to look for them despite the fact I was leaving for Europe the next day. I sent multiple emails while I was gone with descriptions of the missing items. I never heard back and never got my clothes back. I called when I returned and was told they didn’t find them. So incredibly disappointing.

Really bad experiences

Tried to give this service multiple chances, but between the horrible app, the inconsistent pickup/drop off times, and the ruining of my clothes I had to move to a different service. BEWARE USING THIS APP!

I expect better for the price

Downloaded this while on crutches to help w my laundry — I’m paying nearly double compared to dropping off at my laundromat with same 1-day turnout. Both orders came back with a sock missing. I thought the first time was a fluke, but two orders in a row were missing socks (and socks I really like so I’m a bit upset) especially for the price I’m paying. I’ve been dropping my laundry for years at the local mat and have never have a missing item, so having two missing items in a row is very disappointing. I’ll be looking for a different service.

This app legit does nothing.

I downloaded the app out of convenience but the app literally has no features. It shows one screen that swipes up and down and that’s it. No information, no hidden or secret button, no login. Very perplexing.

Problem with app

Am not able to access anything through the app! Not good.

This service was horrible. They stole my AirPod pro earbuds and case that were in my pocket in the laundry. I called about the AirPods and they claimed they didn’t have them. My delivery was then delayed a whole day even though the app said it was out for delivery. I called the delivery driver and he said that he was told that I called in and cancelled my deliver, that was a lie and I have text messages to prove this. And then wouldn’t you know it, the app all of a sudden stopped working. Wouldn’t even load the home page. Bottom line....you guys are thieves and I hope you go out of business.

Bad service, find another

Left our clothes outside and the delivery person left immediately and not attempting to even inform us where the clothes were.

We try to tell customer service but they didn’t really care.

Against better judgement we tried to order service again and they just never showed up.

Where are my clothes???

Don't believe delivery dates and times. I sent in an order two days ago and it was supposed to be delivered today between 8-10pm. No one has dropped it off. Out of 3 phone numbers, only one had an answering machine. Another was out of service and another's voicemail was full. Great customer service. Check yelp for more substantial reviews.
