Third Federal Mobile App needs slight imorovenent
Love the new mobile deposit feature in the app. However what I don’t like is that once you make a deposit, you do not get an immediate confirmation of doing so. Even when checking online through the Internet the deposit does not appear in my account online. Recently I had to call customer support to see if in fact the deposit had been made. After checking two separate systems the representative was able to confirm the deposit did appear on the Bank’s end. Another comment— is it absolutely necessary to receive two text alerts when updating account balances or deposits that have a link to the terms and conditions for text alerts? I think once you’ve reviewed the terms and conditions it’s not necessary to send a separate text with the link. Other than those two comments the app is well done and overall I like it-thank you for listening.

excellent mortgage account. app needs features
Intuitive easy to use the app. But cannot transfer external funds using the app. need to login to website for that. would be great if you can add it.
Less trips to the bank!
Love the mobile check deposit and transfer between accounts features in this app. Saves me from having to run to the bank for these tasks. And account balances at my fingertips, helps managing monthly budget!

Easy to Use but needs more functions

Mobile Deposit Capture
Really like the recently unveiled Mobile Deposit Capture feature. Customer experience was great and funds availability quicker than what I experience at other banks.
Face ID
This app needs to be update to allows Face ID. It allowed Touch ID with my old phone now I must manually log in with my iPhone X.
Update looks amazing but..
Touch ID isn't working. An error comes up displaying "alternate authentication is not enabled"
