One must experience this place!
I’ve been coming here for years and it never gets old. I enjoy having dinners here with my family. The meats are seasoned to perfection, the service is always friendly and the whole aesthetics is awesome. If you love to grill like me then you must try this place out!Fredro 713
Unfortunate misunderstanding
We love this place and never had an issue until tonight. The server asked me something and I said "that's ok" meant g no thank you but she thought I meant "that's ok I'll take it.
When the bull came there were two charges we didn't recognize. I explained to her what I had meant and she didn't seem to agree with me. She went to talk to her manager who came over and said he would waive it this time but since we had eaten the meat....
I appreciate that he took off the charge but left me with feeling I had done something wrong. It was just a misunderstanding.
The server never came back to the table which made me feel worse.
All in all we enjoyed the meal but the ending left a sour note...Show lessKeikoDouglas
USED to love it
Used to come here years ago and it was so much fun and clean, but after the pandemic things just aren’t the same. There’s bugs flying around the food and the bartenders are pretty rude. We sat near the bar so that we could watch the hockey game and eat food at the same time and then they changed the channel right before the hockey game started and said that the bar patrons had seniority, and they wanted to watch the basketball game which didn’t start for another 20 minutes. So f’ing rude. and it definitely seems the quality of the meat that they serve these days isn’t up to par from what it used to be. Not to mention every time I come in here they have new servers which means they can’t keep their employees happy. 🤷♀️🤔😫😤Show lessLogans Mum
Hand soap in bathroom broken
Service and food was good. When I used the bathroom and the soap dispenser was broken so very hard to get any soap and it made me wonder if the female servers were able to wash their hands. I took a picture I can send upon request since I don't see option to upload. Someone there knew about the problem as there was a ridiculous strip of duct tape on it.Show lessLMcNelley

Why 3 Stars.
My family and I eat here all the time, we love this place. But today was not a great day. We waited an hour for a table. It took our server 10 minutes to even come to us mind you after we waited an hour to be seated all the other parties after us were seated right away and even served before me and my family. The same tables that were not open suddenly opened. Our waitress was great, she was hustling, I noticed their was only 2 servers for the whole place. When I went to the bathroom I noticed a lot of the employees just sitting around at the back table just talking story. It seems to even be a hang out for the ones not working.Show lessaloha.sky
We love this place!
We always come here with the kids. It’s the one place that everyone can find something they love to eat. Even our vegetarian kid is happy here. Servers are always pleasant, but usually make a reservation - it can get crowded.mark00267

My boyfriend and I come to eat here all the time. Amazing little spot with excellent KBBQ. Jessica is our favorite server - she brings our drinks to us right when we get there and pretty much has our order memorized at this point. She is an absolute gem! :)Olivia12345!?!

As a long time patron of this fine restaurant establishment, I would just like to say that our server Linda went above and beyond with her incredible service, making this just got a wonderful dining experience, but truly experience to remember. I cannot recall such a better occasion, with even more superlative customer service with equally amazing cuisine.
