Natalie - what a gem!!!
Natalie is the quintessentially perfect server and we are lucky enough to get her every time! Her energy is just the right amount for the restaurant. We were pleased with our experience with Natalie after getting yelled at for grabbing a napkin and then was given plastic fork and knives, when clearly, we were given stainless steel utensils during our experience....Natalie totally smoothed it over enough for us to come back again...!Show lessLVHawaian

App broken since update?
App updated 3 days ago and now can’t access the app. It’s stuck on loading screen with pop up that says “Cannot connect to server.” Please fix, need to scan my receipt!!!Jenniichan
App doesn’t work consistently
When I want to use my points in the restaurant the app ‘can’t connect to the server’ and there’s nothing they can do about it. So I didn’t get to use my points (which then expired the following day) and had to pay for the meal that should have been free, but nobody can fix it. Not acceptable.*Win*
