Slow Loading
The app and dashboard itself are great but wow does it take forever to load when you initially open the app. I sometimes click it to start the load process and walk away knowing it’s going to be a while.Val_TC
Direct deposit
I’ve had this for two years and for two years I’ve periodically tried to get reimbursed via direct deposit instead of a million checks in the mail. They need to work on this feature. I think it’s missing from the app and impossible to find on their website and even when you get help finding it, it never works.Show lessCJ_249u
Not a Fan
They give no notification of anything by paper or email. Their expectation is you will use the AP for everything. Asking their customer service how to navigate even simple tasks is a joke - their own people don’t know how to do things and they rude about telling you how little they know. Mobile app authentication vs update
Apparently your password expires if you don’t login frequently, possibly at least a few times a year. Also if the app is outdated it won’t tell you, and you simply get a password error instead a prompt to update the app.Fedexo
Submitting paperwork
On the mobile app, you cannot find an option to submit, requested receipts from the doctor. Now you require a nickname in order for me to send a comment to you guys talk about asininegygggrtttttt

Difficult to match up with my records
I regularly match up transactions from this app with another record I keep on my computer. I find it extremely difficult because the running balance after every transaction does not show in the app.PeerChecker111
