    Designed to confuse you. If you have already elected to have an fsa through this company you have made a mistake.
  • Very convenient

    I use the app to buy eligible items at the end of the service year since you can only rollover $500. Anything over that I buy thru the FSA store. First aid supplies, menstrual supplies, readers, anything that’s eligible. That way I’m not losing my money and it’s stuff I have to buy anyway. I can upload receipts for medical services rendered. It’s awesome! Plus there is a gal I call locally if I have a problem. Well worth the money. For the service and the app just makes it that much easier to use the service. Keeps track in real time of my eligible medical transactions.

  • Old app UI was better

    The new app format is very confusing and difficult to navigate. The old app was much easier and faster to use.
  • Horrible horrible horrible

    Worst app I’ve ever used. Takes forever to load during login just spins and spins for almost a full minute. Really not user friendly or intuitive. Can’t see status of claims submitted. “Rate this app” function doesn’t even work when you click on it just takes you back to the screen you’re on. I get frustrated every time I use this app.

  • Love This App

    The NBS app makes it so easy to manage my HSA and FSA. The ability to look for in-network providers and see cost and quality scores is great. Also love the ability to scan items at the store to see if they are eligible!

    Can’t replace receipts, can’t delete and reload a new receipt.
    Horrible customer service, Ill equipped staff and app is horrible.

  • About the app...

    The current year should be the first thing you see not the previous years first. You have to scroll to the right through all the past years to get to the present every time you log in. Why???
    When I first started using the app I disliked it. I didn’t find it very user friendly. Now that I’m in my 3rd year (I’m late in the flexible spending world) of using it I know where things are so I’m used to it’s “flaws”. But it shouldn’t be like that...it needs to be made more user friendly.
    In addition, another thing I’d like to see change is that if there is a pending claim that needs my follow up info and I then submit it, there isn’t a place that says NBS sees where I have submitted more requested info. Why not have it say “for review” or “submitted” again instead of displaying the word “pending” because it was already “pending” in the first stage of my claim? I almost want to send a message that says “ok I’ve sent you more info”. I don’t do that because I THINK they see when I attach more documents...

    I do want to mention that anytime I’ve needed to call NBS with any questions that I may have (mostly has to do with what my company has set up for it’s rules) they have always been extremely nice and helpful! Thank you to the staff that work so hard in dealing with (possibly a lot of disgruntled people aka the public) you are always courteous and professional and it’s really awesome when you finally get someone on the line that is N.I.C.E and helpful like you all have been!

  • App is terrible

    The app is terrible. It takes a very long time to log in. If you navigate to another app to get information (as is often necessary when submitting a claim), you have to login again.

    I made a mistake with my transaction and it was pended for response. But there is no way on the app to modify a transaction or respond to a message. The only thing you can do is upload a picture from your gallery!

    The experience is terrible, my transactions are always rejected for more info and the app doesn’t let you respond with information in any other format than a photo. Ridiculous!

  • Type font is too small

    I’m a new user, but already I am frustrated.
    The text size seems purposely small, and I didn’t find a tool in settings to adjust this.
    Please fix ASAP.
    I have already increased the text size on my iPhone. Many of us struggle to see small print, but this seems like it would be an easy fix.
