Beneficial for a little, Needs improvement
Able to see my current balance, which is good. Not able to see history before the most recent transaction/claim. Not able to see my original balance. When I used the drop down menu, I was no longer able to return to the main screen.brandilivo

App needs improvement
When I click on "transactions" I expect to see ALL transactions, including deposits made. Currently it only shows the claims I submitted, but not the funds deposited into the account.
Also, there needs to be an option to make updates to your profile (i.e. my gender is listed incorrectly and I don't have permission to fix it from the app).Show lessNuthn Betta Than A Ritz
Horrible
The app seems to have a short memory. It continues to ask for the additional security questions in addition to the password. "We do not recognize your Device" every time....If you allow your device to lock itself the app automatically logs you out...okay I can deal with that...but having to repeatedly re-enter the answers to the additional questions is a pain.Show lessA SportsFan
