It has great workouts but it’s not Apple Watch compatible. I wish they would of mention that before buying subscription.

I am absolutely loving the 90Fit app. Being able to communicate with a coach and stay accountable is huge for me, and this app makes it so easy. It’s unreal to me how affordable this is. You have access to a personal trainer/nutrition coach, a full library of workouts, a place to track sleep, stress, food, and body measurements, AND you can usually get a one-week free trial. I’m so lucky to have access to this, especially now that I have moved my workouts to my home.

Effective and engaging content from talented trainers. I love working with my coach on my food logs and fitness goals. This is def a great tool to help you move along in your fitness journey.
