It's pretty good, I guess...

When I got this app I was always looking for books, but sadly the ones I wanted I couldn't find. Most of the time I can find the books I want though! It is a but annoying though that you can only have 5 books on loan at a time, because I love reading. I also do prefer paper books though. But on the good side...it's good?!

Hello people i just want to say this is a grate app but something is cleanly wrong with it. If you know the series our Australian girl i am reading rose so this is what happened so i finished a book, so I when to get the ext book in he series and it said this book is 99 ad over you can not read this title. Ok i got mad because i read all of the rest of the series and i got to this one it said i am not allowed to read and the suggested rate from the author said 8-11 yers of age so you need to fix this immediately RIGHT NOW . All the people that say this app is good well it is NOT. Do not get this app it is so bad and you probably would thing that too if you got it so... DO NOT GET THIS APP I AM TELLING YOU NOW SO LISTEN.
I am not trying to be mean but yeah.

(Btw fix this app so i can read my book)

Great App for Borrowing eBooks and Audioooks

Hello, this is Cynthia Lu here,
I have been using this app to borrow books for my school library ever since the distant learning started in Brisbane. I love this app. It contains a lot of eBooks and Audiobooks for you to borrow. There are great books there and you could see if they are available or not by looking at their signs. You could choose the type of books you want like for example, you could browse which means look through and maybe borrow the book you have an interest in. I am interested in storms so I borrowed an audiobook all about it. You could choose books for children, teenagers and adults and you could pick the library you want to borrow your books from. My friends have also been using that and I know this might sound a little annoying to read books online but it is actually fun.

Poor (Please reply)

This app is quite the disappointment, You CANNOT READ THE WHOLE BOOK!!! I search up a book, It lets me read about half of the book and then it won't let me continue and leaves the biggest cliffhangers. Why won't you just show the whole book? If you just let us read the from start to finish then I will not have ANY problems with this app. Please fix this and I might re-consider giving you 2 stars out of 5.

E-books entirely inaccessible with voice over screen reader on iPhone

There are significant accessibility impediments when using this app with voice over screen reader on iPhone. Visually impaired users need access to e-books because they can't read printed books but the Eplatform app isn't compatible with voice over verbalising software thus I can't read any e-books. Audio book access is fine but browsing the collection can only be achieved by inputing the author as the title input field is inaccessible.

Love it

I love it but my only problem is that you can only borrow a certain amount or something like that in a month and when it says return one so you can borrow a different one it still doesn’t work

Can find the books

When ever I type up a book it never comes up with the one I want and then I spend ages finding the book series but there’s nothing that I can simply find. There’s also not a lot of choice on what books there are the are only a few and I find that really hard. Sometimes I find the books but they are too hard and too long for me

Interface needs work

The top line of text is illegible on my iPhone XR as the words are written through the notch! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I can’t quite put my finger on it, but this is not as pleasant a reading experience as the Kindle app or the Libby app. Alas, it’s how my local library delivers ebooks.

I liked that the Libby app asked if I wanted to read in the Libby app or in the Kindle app. I wish ePlatform would give an option to use other reading apps as well.
