Will not connect most of the time tommy iPhone, very frustrating

Have been using Tepari for 5 years now and never had much luck with the app on iPhone
Tried to use it again today get get files off and the app keeps shutting down as usual

Not working
No longer works with iPhone or ipad. WiFi connection continually timing out
Doesn't work anymore
This app was great then I got an iPhone 7 and I can no longer connect to the scales wifi so I can't put any files off the scales on my phone to send through to the office etc. it's pretty much pointless. Please fix it so we don't have to get new trutest scales that we can actually use
