Solid app missing some polish

This app is mostly a fantastic addition to the companion family. I do wish I could order my cameras differently in the multi view though. It seems like a basic option and Iโ€™m surprised it does not allow for it. This is mostly something I would like to have when using it on my Apple TV. I do wish there were a few more options when on the Apple TV. It would be nice to click on one of the multi view cameras and enlarge it.

Overall a good app, just missing a few touches in my opinion

Could be better

Iโ€™m using this app for a AXIS Q6128-E PTZ and Iโ€™m using IPhone XS. We need full screen for the iPhone XS. And also more features.

Good but limited

A feature missing is the ability to configure motion areas as we can on the PC. That would make this app outstanding.

I canโ€™t connect to my cameras from outside my network anymore.

Something changed recently and I can no longer connect to my cameras from my iPhone unless Iโ€™m on my wireless network.

V3.12.10 has rendered it impossible to connect to my cameras

On upgrading to last east v3.12.10 I now get โ€œnot possible to connectโ€ to my camera when I have successfully logged in to my site. Not sure if this is the app or the server-side issue.
Camera is Axis M3106-LVE which was working fine in Companion until the update.

Buggy

So annoyed, the app has been very glitchy the past few days , it says one of my cameras is disconnected which is not the case . Please fix this !

No longer works with Axis camera.

After several years of fine remote viewing of my Axis camera with this app, it suddenly stopped working. I now am told that Axis has changed its remote viewing system to Axis Secure Remote Viewing and seems to have made this app unusable.

Good For Live View Only

I donโ€™t know what happened but in a recent update the ability to go back and time and view a specific day and time was nuked. Now when I choose a specific day or time it loads for a few minutes and then just says โ€œNopeโ€ and goes to live stream. Works fine from desktop.

Software is a joke

This is possibly the worst app I have ever used. Constantly dropping cameras. Changing the site password requires a factory reset of ALL cameras. They work for a couple of days then just stop.

Great cameras, shocking software.
