Doesn’t work buggy and for Americans only it seems?
I have been on this for over a year, reached top level and get sent links to surveys that disappear, never been offered a free product of size to trial, daily tasks keeps asking me if I’ve tried lots of American brands despite living in the uk, then go round in circles because I say I haven’t tried any surprise surprise , no way on contact them directly to talk about issues such as these

Disappointing
I put loads of effort in on reviews and surveys. Got selected for a campaign and was waiting around a month. Was really excited to try the product and kept getting told it was coming. Today received an email saying there was not enough product for everyone so I’m no longer receiving one. I get that these things happen but I’ve been on there around three years and only been selected for one campaign the whole time

Fantastic App
This is the best App I’ve ever had it’s a fantastic way to receive and review vox boxes and some items are really expensive also love the daily tasks doing these takes you to higher tiers then you build up your scores to obtain badges. I Just love it, thank you Influenster
Customer support can never be reached.
My account was deactivated and they never gave me a reason why and no email or anything. It’s hard to get in contact with anyone. I was supposed to be receiving a voxbox and the next thing I knew I couldn’t log into my app. There are a lot of people on the app who will report any little thing to try to get you in trouble if they get mad that you got a box box and they didn’t. Some of the people can get disrespectful on here. The first account I had I had a good amount of followers and someone hacked my account and changed my address and everything ‼️‼️‼️ when I asked influenster to fix it they did and 2 days later my account was gone. The next time I spoke to someone they informed me that a member of customer service “deleted my account BY ACCIDENT” so u can imagine my frustration and now my account they just took away again and no one has yet to return my emails. Just be careful on the app because a lot of the people on there are not very friendly and they will do anything to get ahead. Be careful and understand that the other influencers are not your friends. There are some who have had the app for years and not received anything so they will hate on you. SMH

I don’t want to give up yet on the app, but it needs alot of improvement
I don't know how many times I've seen complaints from reviewers about having to chase after their cashback from campaigns. I recommend contacting the company that Influenster has a campaign with directly as Influencer needs to do a much better job at clarifying things in their campaigns along with their customer service. I just heard back from Influenster after 2 weeks, and their response was so generic that I had to repeat the issue AGAIN to them. This is a good app, and I don’t want to give up on them yet, but it NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.
PLEASE IMPROVE:
-Clarity on the exact stores. You list stores and then put “or” making it sound it can be outside of those retailers that you listed.
-More reliable customer service. Reviewers shouldn’t have to wait weeks to hear a response and at that point, that campaign is over.
-Send cashback credits on a more consistent schedule. Sometimes it’s paid in a week, sometimes it takes 2 months, sometimes it’s never paid.
-Don’t let reviewers able to claim everything and then only able to get credit back on one. Give only one option if only one purchase is allowed because it’s very confusing if more than one different variety can be purchased and reviewed. This also needs to be clarified in each campaign. Allowing this also has Influenster then send nagging email reminders to “complete tasks” when it already completed.

Waste of time
After using for over 6months nothing really happened. No trial boxes were sent even after I received emails asking if I would be interested. I completed all tasks and was diligent with using all functions of the app. Don’t waste your time it’s boring as hell!

Why there is percentage showing in our tasks.. some time we don’t even get the product that’s what happens to me with last two task, but we still ne to review it…because we have to complete the task… it was showing after 36 days expired… please fix that problem… New version is hard to use all we review is related to use.. everyday activities is just unnecessary.. we couldn’t see who like what ..we can’t see anyone asked any question..

Love this app great way to find reviews and products you like, I’ve using this app for 5 years now and it never fails me or gets boring, easy to use and follow , you get activities like surveys and duly tasks it’s good and if you keep reviewing stuff you’ve had /have you get more of a chance to get chosen to have a box , ive had three so far and it’s been experience to have

Useless
They ask for a ton of surveys to be filled out, and send absolutely nothing! Ive tried twice and actually made it to level 9 (tier required to be eligible to receive Voxboxes, and still got nothing!!! Spent around 1-2hrs a day for almost 3 weeks to get NOTHING. Smh, this is such a ripoff and scam!
Glitchy app and website! Uninstalled
Unable to reset my password via website or the app, it gives indication that it worked, yet I’ve just gone around in circles for the last 30 minutes, tried to create a new account, I go to link my Instagram, I’m now bouncing from Instagram login to the app, just goes in circles COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
