Only lets you save 30 pairs of shoes
Decent app otherwise, but it should allow users to save more than 30 pairs of shoes. Many of us have a shopping style where we pick out numerous options, then narrow them down. When you’ve applied filters but there are still 400 results, that’s too many shoes to look through & remember to not be able to save all of the “maybe” options. With as busy of lifestyles as people have, they don’t always have time to make a choice then and there and favoriting things also allows them to return later. I'm also not willing to take 50 screen caps on my phone of the shoes I like, as I can't click through to the shoes and would have to perform a manual search for each of them. This lack of a feature made me abandon the app tonight & I’m sure the same thing is happening to other customers. Would love if you could increase how many shoes you can save, as I’m sure this is costing your company money. Thanks for your consideration!Show lessDeveloper Response

Previous review: Overall, this app is good. Sometimes it’s just too easy to buy new shoes. I have one complaint. When clicking on offers, they are sometimes so bright that they hurt my eyes. The app doesn’t have permission to change the brightness of my screen, so this shouldn’t be happening. In settings, I have turned off auto-brightness. At this point, I feel that DSW is doing something underhanded to change things that I don’t want changed. This needs to stop!
Part of the developer’s response was: Our app only adjusts the brightness when displaying barcodes to ensure they scan easily in stores. We don’t change your device's brightness settings otherwise.
One problem is the once the app changes the brightness WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, it doesn’t change it back to where it was. I understand that the brightness needs to be adjusted in store to scan barcodes. Here’s a novel idea - train your employees! Further, the barcode is on the page where all of the details of an offer are located. So, the brightness doesn’t just affect the barcode. This is a major flaw with this app, and I’m very dissatisfied with the developer’s dismissive and inaccurate response.Show lessDeveloper Response

I downloaded this app and proceeded to order 2 pairs of sneakers, paid for them so I could pick up the same day at a local store and waited. And waited. And WAITED. Both orders were cancelled. Thinking that perhaps the problem was with the pickup location, I had the EXACT same problem, only this time I ordered two completely different brands of shoes, different styles, chose a different local store for pickup for one pair and chose the shipping option for the second pair on day 2. The SAME exact thing happened. And in the interim my credit card WAS charged and the charges for all four pair are still on my credit card. Obviously this app is completely unreliable and it is NOT possible to actually shop on this app, because either the app or the brick and mortar stores are dropping the ball and canceling orders, and NOT canceling the charge . AVOID this app, it will deliver nothing but STRESS and HEADACHES!Show lessDeveloper Response
