Until the update this app was easy to use. Since an apparent update it won’t accept my password (which was not a problem before) and locked me out. I had to call Customer Service. Wait time 43 minutes. The Service Rep was very nice and stayed on the line with me. Emailed me a temporary password. Didn’t work. She went into my account and entered a temporary password. That worked. Tried resetting x3 wouldn’t accept. She has now referred to technical support. I have invested way too much time for an app. I will just go directly to their online site and order. I wish success to others.

Tech Support followed up and contacted me regarding the update which I really appreciated. I haven’t forgotten my password yet but feel confident things will be much easier next time. Thanks!Show lessboatingirl

The DSW app is great! It is so much better than the old DSW app where you couldn’t shop from, and now you can. I work @ DSW and the app has come a long way! I love that you can pull up your rewards number quickly and all your coupons and certificates. I also love the fact that you can choose between shipping to your home or to your local store to avoid paying shipping. The filtering on the app is great as well. You can filter by size and then by color, price, brand, style, features, heel height, etc. I am a ladies’ size 12 and I always start off by filtering all women’s shoes that come in size 12 so I don’t get disappointed when I see a shoe and it doesn’t even come in my size. Great job DSW! You’ll always be my #1 place for shoes.Show lessbsny72395
